Cobia night at Chez Maria! --->I am cooking on Monday at the restaurant The Cobia and I wish all of you guys can come and share the small fish I caught this week - it would great to get together.
I would appreciate if you guys can confirm asap so I know not to over cook.
There is at least 45lb of fish - the more we are the more it's fun.
3-5 different type of cobia dishes from Lebanese way to western.
Price would be only for the cooking part - the fish cost I don't think you can afford to pay me (priceless) LOL so it's on the house.

Further details: Nakhle says the price of the dinner at Chez Maria (fish several different styles, rice, some appetizers & salad) will be $850, including GCT and service. Monday Feb 27th at 7:30 PM. Drinks separate.
